Residents of Pemberton Heights are automatically members of the Association at no charge, and may participate in all non-voting activities. Voting membership costs $30/year, and entitles you to vote in board elections and bylaws amendments.
One-time payment: with this option, your credit card will be charged $30 only once; you will not be billed automatically each year.
