PHNA Membership

Membership in the Association is open to everyone who resides or owns property within Pemberton Heights.

 

Household membership is $50 a year (Jan. 1-Dec. 31). Payments for the upcoming membership year are accepted starting on October 1.

  • Annual neighborhood Fall Picnic

  • Holiday Jingle Bell Bike Ride

  • Movies in the Park

  • Spring Garage Sale with address listed in advertisements

  • Access to PHNA only google group

  • Voting rights on neighborhood issues (e.g. bylaws amendments, Board elections)

  • Contribution to PHNA-sponsored activities

  • Community involvement and other social activities

  • Pays for PHNA website maintenance costs
